So pleased I found this clinic on my travels through QLD. I was quite nervous about taking my reactive dog to a new vet but Dr Sandra was excellent. Very patient, caring, and knowledgeable. Sandra is easily the best vet I have ever taken a pet to. She is calm, empathetic, thorough & clear, in the kindest way. She cares for my elderly dog (and me) with a professionalism, kindness & attention to detail that is so hard to find. I feel confident that she is motivated purely by a love of animals & a desire to help, with a focus on quality of life & the best supportive care possible. Sandra at Coastal Veterinary Services has always been amazing with our 8 year old Aussie Shepherd. She is knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and always takes the time to make sure you and your pet are well cared for. She explains everything clearly and goes above and beyond what a normal vet would do. She genuinely cares about the animals and their owners. We could not recommend Sandra enough!

We cannot recommend Sandra more highly. She’s the most thoughtful, thorough and caring vet, who goes above and beyond for the wellbeing of your pet (and you!). The space she’s created is calming and our dog who’s always been very anxious at any other vet is always happy to visit Sandra!

Dr Sandra is extremely patient with our German Shepherd Erma, after a rocky start with vets from an early age, she was very wary and nervous heading into "clinic" environments. Dr Sandra's clinic is warm and welcoming, 1 on 1 interaction, no other dogs/cats/humans to try and get pass and we don't feel pressured to hurry. Dr Sandra answers all our questions and we always leave extremely happy and proud of Erma for over coming her fear. Not to mention Erma does love Dr Sandra's treats and licki mats! Thank you Dr Sandra 🙏

Barbie was such a deeply loved member of our family, and while our hearts are broken, we are so grateful that she passed peacefully with us by her side.

Your gentle care and compassion made such a difference during this incredibly difficult time.

Portuguese Water Dogs truly leave a footprint on your heart, and Barbie was no exception. Her love and joy will stay with us forever... now with Jack and Tina.

This is the second time you have helped us through such a difficult time, and we can't thank you enough for your kindness and support.

We are deeply grateful for everything you've done Sandra. Thank you for helping us give her the peaceful and loving goodbye she deserved. We will miss her deeply, but she will never be forgotten.
